In school we did a little therapeutic art today.
While playing soothing music and few breathing exercises students got involved in creating mandala art and simultanelously learning about elements of arts like pattern, repetition, balance, rhythm, proportion, etc and mathematics concept like Concentric circles, radius, diameter, symmetry, etc.
